I want you to love your purchases!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange or a full refund within 7 calendar days. Please contact me for return mailing instructions.

If you are unhappy for any reason after that time with a product's performance or craftsmanship, I would appreciate if you would share your concerns with me. I will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Many of my materials are recycled, hand-dyed and sourced in small batches, so they are often changing and often limited. If you love something in the store, you may want to get it now as it may not show up exactly like that again.

Breed Specific Sheep (not offered in 2023 Holiday Season)

I buy the whole fleece from a sheep, so the sheep you receive has wool from one sheep, not a bunch of different sheep mixed together.  Raw fleeces weigh anywhere from 1.5 pounds to 6 pounds, and I wash them myself with care by hand to preserve lock integrity.

A special note about cats. Please keep your sheep out of your kitty's reach.  For some reason, cats LOVE my sheep. Sometimes they love them too much, and the little sheep are, frankly, attacked and denuded. If your sheep does suffer a cat attack, gather as much of the wool and other parts, and contact me for admittance to our specialized sheep hospital.  Repairs can be done usually quite successfully for a nominal fee. I have done several over the years.

Sheep can be done in your fleece or fleece from my current inventory.  For example, a customer came across some loose wool on the path while hiking in Ireland, and sent it to me.  I created a Ewe and Lamb pair for her. Other custom requests include a Ewe with triplets. Please contact me with your request or idea.

Breeds currently in stock may include:

Oregon: Gotland, Navajo Churro, Teeswater, Lincoln, Black Shetland, Jacob, Brown Shetland, Chocolate Merino

Idaho: Wensleydale, Silver Romney

Montana: Icelandic

Colorado: Soft Brown Merino

Ohio: Icelandic Cross

Custom Orders of Any Item

Create a set of thank you gifts for your staff, for your bridesmaids or groomsmen, or party favors for that Silver or Golden Wedding Anniversary.  We are always open to creating that special, long lasting and well made gift to honor your special occasion. In many cases, we can even create custom hang tags with your personal sentiment for a nominal fee.  Allow a minimum of 8-12 weeks lead time for larger orders.  Contact me with your idea.

Excellent craftsmanship has been a hallmark of my brand, Reclaimed Wool for over 20 years. This commitment has made it possible to have my work represented at discriminating museum stores, American craft galleries and other specialty shops across the USA and Canada since 2001.  If for any reason my workmanship does not meet your satisfaction, contact me to return your item(s) for a full refund, no other questions asked.

I enjoy working with select independent and specialty retailers!  Send me your name, your business name, your business address to learn about minimums and other terms.
